Data Deletion

How to delete your data and account, what is deleted, and what cannot be.

Version 2 · Effective date: 2026-07-25

This text is a draft and will be reviewed by a lawyer before publication.

1. Deleting your account

You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Privacy & Data Center inside the Application.

Deletion requires re-authentication with your password and typing an explicit confirmation phrase. After confirmation it cannot be undone.

If you have publish or bulk operations in flight you are asked to cancel them or wait for them to finish first.

This function does not depend on you having accepted the current Terms.

2. What is deleted

Your listings, version history, presets, imports, uploaded images and print-design files, custom mockups, AI generations, publish jobs, bulk operations, audit records, desktop sessions and encrypted Etsy/Printify tokens.

If a file cannot be removed during deletion, it is recorded in the Operator's operational log (as a count) and the deletion is not rolled back; a failed cleanup is never silently swallowed. In that exceptional case the file may remain in object storage, while the account record and your identifiers are already deleted. There is NO separate garbage-collection job for orphaned files yet; that is a known gap, not a promise.

3. What cannot be deleted

Data in your Etsy and Printify accounts does not belong to this Application; listings, products and orders there are not deleted. You must manage those on the respective platforms.

The Etsy Open API v3 exposes no token-revocation endpoint, so remote revocation of the Etsy access token is not possible. The Application deletes the token locally; to cut off access entirely you should also remove the app's permissions in your Etsy account.

Records subject to a statutory retention obligation (for example the invoicing records that will exist once subscriptions go on sale) may be kept for the period the applicable law requires.

4. Disconnecting only

You can remove just the Etsy or Printify connection without deleting your account. Disconnecting Etsy deletes the stored encrypted tokens and that shop's Etsy-derived mapping cache, and is written to the audit log.

If you have connected more than one shop, only the shop you select is affected.
