Terms of Service

1. Parties and description of the service

ListBeast (the "Application") is provided by Umut Palabıyık (the "Operator"), trading as a sole proprietorship established in Türkiye. The Operator's exact registered title, registered address and tax details will be published before commercial launch (see the final section).

The Application is software that helps Etsy sellers prepare, validate and bulk-edit listing content locally and stage it for publishing through Printify. It does not sell products on your behalf, take orders, collect payments from your buyers or take a share of your sales.

The publishing chain is: Application → Printify API → Printify → Etsy. The Application does not create physical print-on-demand listings directly through the Etsy API.

The Application's access to the Etsy Open API v3 is read-only (shops_r and listings_r scopes only). It performs no write, update or delete operation on Etsy, and it never asks for or sees your Etsy password; authorization happens on Etsy's own consent screen.

2. Your account and security obligations

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access you should change your password and notify the support address.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the Etsy and Printify accounts you connect. You may not connect an account you are not authorised to use.

If you share your account with someone else, you remain responsible for what they do with it.

You can revoke all of your desktop sessions from the Privacy & Data Center in the desktop client. The web interface currently shows the session count; revoking sessions from the web is not offered yet.

3. Your content: designs, mockups and rights

The print designs, product images, custom mockups and text you upload remain yours. The Operator claims no ownership over them and holds only the limited, technical rights needed to provide the service to you (storing, processing and transmitting them to Printify).

Print designs and sales-gallery mockups are managed separately in the Application. Custom mockups are Etsy gallery images only; they never enter the Printify print area.

You are responsible for the legality of all content you prepare and publish through the Application, including titles, descriptions, tags, images and designs.

It is your responsibility to assess the rights to use brand, artist and work names. Reviewing Etsy's intellectual property policies and the law of the markets you sell into is recommended. The Application makes no legal determination about rights ownership and does not filter, block or rewrite your content on that basis.

You may not use the Application in a way that breaches the Etsy API Terms of Use, the Etsy Prohibited Items Policy, the Etsy Intellectual Property Policy or Printify's terms.

4. AI-assisted suggestions

The Application can optionally draft titles, descriptions and tags. These are suggestions: you must review and approve them. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you publish.

Unapproved AI content never becomes publish-ready. Pricing is never delegated to AI; prices are computed deterministically in integer minor units, and AI neither sets nor alters a price.

Your manual edits are never overwritten by a regeneration without your explicit confirmation.

Data read from the Etsy API is never sent to the AI provider.

External AI providers apply their own usage policies, which are outside the Operator's control; a provider's refusal cannot be overridden by the Application.

5. Subscription, free trial and fees

ListBeast will be offered as a monthly and an annual subscription. Planned launch pricing: $19.00 USD per month and $190.00 USD per year. There is no lifetime licence and none is planned.

A 14-day free trial is planned for new users. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are charged nothing.

At the end of the trial the monthly or annual plan you chose starts automatically and renews for successive periods until you cancel. Automatic renewal, the amount and the renewal date are disclosed clearly before purchase and require your express consent.

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Refunds & Cancellation policy. Once subscriptions go on sale that policy applies alongside these terms; the click-through acceptance itself, however, is taken and recorded for the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy only.

IMPORTANT: as of the effective date of these terms, ListBeast is NOT on sale. The prices above are planned launch prices; no payment is taken, no subscription is started and nothing is sold on these pages.

No fee is charged for functionality that integrates the Etsy API and that Etsy provides to sellers free of charge. The subscription pays for the Application's own functionality only.

Etsy's own listing fees (including the per-publish fee) and Printify's product/production charges are not part of the Application and are collected from you directly by those platforms.

6. Payment infrastructure

When subscriptions go on sale, payments and invoicing are planned to run through Polar, which operates as a merchant of record. In that model the provider is the seller of record and issues the invoice.

No written pre-approval has been obtained from Polar and no integration exists. Until the provider is confirmed, no payment flow is active.

Once the provider is confirmed, these terms and the Refunds & Cancellation policy will state clearly which party handles payments, invoices and refund requests.

7. Dependence on third-party services

The Application depends on third-party services: Etsy, Printify, an external AI provider and — once selling begins — a payment provider. Their availability, terms, fees and policies are outside the Operator's control.

If one of those services restricts access, changes its terms or shuts down, the corresponding features of the Application may be limited or unavailable.

Your relationship with those platforms (account creation, fees, shop rules) is directly between you and them.

8. Independence and trademark notices

ListBeast is an independent product. There is no partnership, affiliation, endorsement or certification relationship with Etsy, Inc. or Printify, Inc. The positioning is "Works with Etsy and Printify".

The term 'Etsy' is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

Printify is a trademark of Printify, Inc. ListBeast is not affiliated with, endorsed or certified by Printify.

9. Availability, suspension and termination

The Application is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted. Maintenance, updates and third-party outages can occur.

Access may be suspended or terminated for use that breaches these terms, the Etsy/Printify rules or applicable law. Where proportionate, you will be given an opportunity to correct the problem first.

You may permanently delete your account from inside the Application; you are asked to finish or cancel any publish or bulk operation still running first.

If the Operator decides to discontinue the Application, it will give Etsy and affected sellers at least thirty (30) days' prior notice as required by Etsy API Terms §3 and will maintain support during that period, so that you can export your data.

10. Your data: export and deletion

You can export your data as JSON from inside the Application at any time. You can also permanently delete your account there; deletion asks you to finish or cancel any publish or bulk operation still running first.

These rights do not depend on you having accepted the current Terms: even if you decline a new version, export, disconnection and account deletion remain available to you. In the web application they are reached from the Privacy & Data Center, which sits outside the consent step (https://listbeast.app/data-center — reachable once production deployment is complete); on the desktop client the consent step replaces the product interface, so that screen shows you this address and the support address [email protected].

11. Warranty disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". No warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted operation or error-free operation is given.

The Application does not guarantee any outcome on Etsy or Printify, including approval, ranking, sales or the persistence of a listing.

DISCLAIMER: THIS APPLICATION IS SOLELY PROVIDED BY UMUT PALABIYIK (THE "APPLICATION DEVELOPER"). YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ETSY, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES ARE NOT THE APPLICATION DEVELOPER, DO NOT PROVIDE THE APPLICATION SERVICE, AND MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND WITH RESPECT TO THE APPLICATION OR DATA ACCESSED THROUGH IT.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for lost profits, lost data, listing removals, account suspensions, business interruption or indirect and unforeseeable damages.

Where liability does arise and to the extent it may lawfully be limited, the Operator's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Application in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

This section does not cover liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

13. Mandatory consumer rights are reserved

Nothing in these terms limits or removes consumer rights, statutory guarantees or mandatory privacy rights that you have under the law of your country and that cannot be waived by contract.

Where these terms conflict with such a non-waivable right, that right prevails and the conflicting provision does not apply to that extent.

14. Governing law and changes

These terms and your use of the Application are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. This choice does not deprive you, as a consumer, of the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the country where you are habitually resident.

The exact wording on competent courts and enforcement offices will be settled after legal review and published on this page (see the final section). Your right to apply to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts is reserved.

These terms may be updated. When a new version takes effect you are asked to accept it again the next time you open the Application (on the web, on the next page load); the version, the locale and the timestamp of your acceptance are recorded. The Application does not currently send you a separate notification (no email, no in-app announcement): changes are published on this page and the effective date is shown here.

15. Official business details pending before commercial launch

The following official details have not been published yet and WILL be published on these pages before commercial launch (that is, before any paid subscription goes on sale). They are never guessed at or filled in with placeholders:

• The exact registered title of the sole proprietorship
• Tax identification (VKN) and invoicing details, where legally required
• The registered business address and the address for notices
• The exact competent-court and enforcement-office wording
• The final hosting provider, the sub-processor list and the processing locations
• Lawyer approval of the Terms, the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy

Until these are settled, ListBeast is not offered for sale and these texts remain drafts. You can write to [email protected] with any question.
